A Dream From The World Manga Summary
Freeza has been defeated, but Son Goku has since been stricken with a life-threatening virus. As his life begins to ebb, his friends try everything they can to heal him. Unfortunately, they eventually have to confront their cruel reality, Son Goku is going to die, and there is nothing they can do.
This story chronicles the thoughts of Goku's friends and family in his final moments.
