PRESIDENT RIVALS Manga Summary
This is a short series about two Student Council Presidents of neighboring schools. The stoic; Kiyomi Rikado, and the pokerface; Hitsu Hirashi. Kiyomi seems to consider Hitsu as her rival... but what does she do when given a sudden proposal of a Joint Cultural Festival? (Kiyomi finally gets to experience some heart thumping moments... with her "so-called" rival nonetheless!)
