Division 89 Manga Summary:
In the year 2021, cases of people developing abnormal abilities and traits, dubbed \"Manifestations\", began to make a strange appearance. Of course, not everyone has the most noble of ideas in regards to how to use their newfound powers, and an association was formed in order to combat this new wave of superpowered criminals.
The story follows Kyle Carter, a 17 year old high school student, and Autumn Onette, a 21 year old member of the CHSA (or the \"Corrupt Human Suppressive Association\"), who attempt to find a way to stop Manifestations from throwing the world into utter chaos before it\'s too late.
